My story: I won a pair of brand-new, still-in-the-box-and-wrappers Futglove shoes at a member appreciation party at my local gym, but the shoes did not fit me. I searched online to find a local retailer where I could exchange the shoes I had won for a size that fit me, but I could not find a local seller in my area, so I located Futglove's webpage and telephoned the contact number. (I learned later that this contact number is the cell phone of the company's CEO. There is no customer support line and nobody to help you but this man, who is only out to help himself.) I explained the situation on the phone about how I had won the shoes but that they did not fit and I was told that they would be happy to exchange my shoes for the correct size I just needed to send them back and they would send me out a new pair in the correct size once they received my shoes, provided I pay for the return shipping, to which I willingly agreed. I sent the shoes back (delivery confirmation, so I know they were received). A week went by and I heard nothing, so I called again to check on my shoes. The CEO told me the shoes had been received and that he would get back to me shortly. He never did. I called many times. No messages were ever returned. I sent some texts to the number, since I had figured out that it was his cell phone, and replied that he would call back. He didn't. I continued leaving multiple messages per week. All were ignored. A month later, I finally got the CEO on the phone again and he told me that would not send back my original shoes or a replacement pair because the gym that had given me the shoes hadn't fully paid for them. I told him this was not my problem, that this was a problem between Futglove and the gym, not between me and Futglove. I pleaded with him to make the situation right, to remember that I had sent my shoes back in good faith because he had promised to send back a pair to replace them, that he had given me his word as a businessman, that I was a customer who had nothing to do with the business relationship between his company and the gym. He refused. It has been over two months since I sent my brand new shoes in for a size exchange and I never received my original shoes or any replacement shoes back. I was lied to and deceived by this company and had my property stolen by them. As a result of my experience, I advise any and all potential customers to steer very clear of Futglove.
