Why 5 stars?
After I got used to them no shin pain no foot pain no knee pain!
I am active, swim us masters, love MTB/Road bikeing etc...
HATED running from the pain. Super flat feet and lots of roll.
A running store let me try these on, run with them said no. They insisted..
Many THANKS!
I can't even wear my what used to be confortable new balance anymore.

Its okay. I run a lot, so I was hoping it would give me lots of padding but still give a good fast feel. It is comfortable but not so fast.Best Deals on Saucony Men's Omni 11 Running Shoe
I've run nearly 400 miles in a pair of Saucony Hurricane 15's and they are pretty great shoes, so when I looked for a replacement, I looked at the Hurricanes but then I remembered how much they cost. Runner's World has a handy tool that shows you "Shoes Like Mine," and the Omni 12 was on the list, but again, those are expensive shoes. Then I found these and reading online told me they were a lot like the 12's, so I figured I'd try them. I'm glad I did. They are almost as comfortable as the Hurrican but a little stiffer and lacking a bit of the softness throughout the foot bed. These differences are fairly minimal and I imagine they would only make a difference to you if you are seriously injury-prone. I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis right now and these shoes don't seem to make it any worse (or better) than the Hurricanes.Bottom line: These are terrific running shoes, even for "larger" runners like myself. They are also an excellent value!
