I used them as racing flats since it is impossible to find them for woman any more. I just ran a 1/2 marathon and did great. They are minimalists so they take some getting used to if you have not worn that type if shoe but for me they work great

Great shoes, I ordered them a size to large. I used a shoe sizer and it said if I wore a 6 in the Nike Dual Fusion then I would wear a 7 in the New Balance. Well that is not the case. I will be exchanging them for a size six.

nice heel toe difference , soft taking off , flexibility , overall shoes for speed training and short tempo. I a bit hazitate about durability.
