I bought these for my wife, and she really liked the cushion. The only problem she had with these insoles was that they used up a little too much room in the toe box, kind of cramping her feet a bit. We'll try her next shoes with the insoles installed to insure that that isn't a problem.

Buy Salomon Women's XA Pro 3D Mid GTX Ultra Trail Running Shoe
I really hate to slam this shoe because it's totally beautiful and is the style I wanted and I really wanted them to fit... but they were far too narrow for me and I had to return them. I have some other Salomon's in 8.5M and they are a much wider fit and feel perfect. So maybe it depends on the style. I actually kept a size 8M in another Salomon style so I guess they do vary.
The length itself on this one was fine. I normally prefer a size 8.5 but need them to be wider... at least around the toe. This is just a narrow shoe all around and they were quite stiff. Even if you have a narrow foot I think they'd need some breaking in time.
Again, if you have a narrow foot, you will be happy with this shoe... they are exactly as pictured. If you need a wider fit this shoe probably isn't for you. Cost me about $11 to return them.
FYI: If this lacing style is new for you... don't be afraid! They are very stable and stronger than they appear... and they bring ease to pulling on/off the shoe. I can't go back to regular lacings after Salomon's!This my second pair of this particular shoe, I wear them for my job as a flight nurse and running! LOVE their comfort and versatility! These are the best technical hiking shoes I have ever owned in 20 years of being an Alpinist. Technical moves on climbs up to YDS 5.5 can be accomplished as well as the approach with a light pack. These shoes offer technical control and comfort. I bought one size bigger than usual so I could wear warm, thick socks. I am the author of the book: " The Art of Solo Climbing " and I am very particular about what equipment I use on Alpine climbs that have long approaches like the Teton mountain range.

I branched out from Salewa to get these shoes. I ordered an 8 after trying them on. I compared them to a pair of Salewa I have that are size 8.5 and found they are EXACTLY the same length. So, reader, know I had to order a whole half size smaller in the Garmont Dragontail Lite to get the perfect fit the Salewa 8.5 gives me. The Dragontail initially felt a little tight on my fat foot so I loosened the laces and have been pleased ever since. I have not tried the shoes in the mountains at all, but figure they would perform with excellent comfort and support. I have no reason to think otherwise. The tread is not as aggressive when compared to my Salewa Mtn. Trainer, a bummer but not a big deal. The shoes bend easily with my movements and feel beefy as a whole. The padding that surrounds the whole foot is comfortable and protective. The shoe colors work well together, giving them a unique look. Keeping the red and yellow colors in the sole clean does wonders in maintaining a "new" looking shoe. I use a toothbrush with a little soap. I usually wear a size 9 shoe, but knowing the history of this brand, you may want to order a half size up and even a full size if you have a wider foot. Very comfortable boot right out of the box. Purchased these shoes for a strenuous scramble in Great Falls, VA. The shoes are very sturdy and have a rigid, solid sole that is good for downclimbs. The black bordering of the shoes (where Garmont is written in white) is a very tough, scratch resistant surface. I thought I had scuffed the shoes on numerous occasions during my scramble and was pleasantly surprised that the shoes retained their appearance. I really love these shoes. I purchased them to climb the Grand Teton on a day trip and I have to say they didn't disappoint me. I usually wear a size 10, and I went to my local store that only had the 9.5 and 10.5 that didn't fit, so I ordered online and while they might be a bit on the smaller side they fit me pretty well. I didn't have more pain than what I already expecting from hiking/climbing for 15 hours straight!Anyway, the build is very solid, with a good rubbery sole for scrambling/small climbing but stiff enough that it doesn't seem to get worn out too quick.

Review of Pearl iZUMi Men's X-Alp Drift Cycling Shoe
First of all, the overall design and build quality seems to be pretty good. These are well designed for hot weather, with lots of fairly light mesh and a tongue that doesn't fully cover the food.
The downsides: Firstly, the sizing is about half a size off compared to most other shoe brands which I have tried (Mavic, Scott, Northwave, 5.10, LaSportiva). Take half a size up with the Drifts (only the Drift doesn't come in half sizes).
Secondly, the soles of these shoes are not stiff in the slightest. They are about as stiff as walking shoes, so are pretty mediocre for power transfer to the pedal. Great for hiking, great for hike-a-bike, but not so great for any real biking.
I purposely ordered two (EU) sizes larger than normal and they fit after inserting an arch support. I don't care for the fact that they are a little stiff and therefore difficult to walk in. I was hoping for something better for when I need to hike a bike. But I'm a little weird, too. I would be happy if my tennie-runners or hiking boots had a clip on the bottom so I could hike and bike with the same shoes so I obviously don't care if the bottom is ultra-stiff for power transfer or if the shoe is lightweight. I'm a casual rider who occasionally works hard to get up a hill without walking. I like the clips so that I can work more efficiently on the bike and keep my feet on the pedals, otherwise I'd just use my boots or tennies. In fact, I did for a while, but got tired of my feet slipping off the pedals when riding on rocky terrain.
I recommend these to anyone who wants a descent, relatively lightweight bike shoe that can be modified (arch support) to make it work better, has a rather stiff sole, and inaccurate sizing (start one to two sizes up).
Only unfortunate, the seller is not amazon and when I sent it back because it was somewhat small, they sent a bill for additional mailing charges for returning a shoes that did not fit. If I had bought the shoes in an actual brick and mortar store, I would not be asked to pay additional charges because I would have fit the shoes before leaving the store. But since I bought the shoes via the web, I think the return postage should have been factored in the shoes cost.

Brooks Men's Mach 14 Spikeless Running Shoe Reviews
I bought these because I was looking for a shoe that performed like a non-supportive shoe but had more to it than five finger vibrams. This shoe is perfect for the job. Recently ran a half marathon in them and PR'd.
Starting off, The shoe is extremely lightweight. I found out that I do have to wear them pretty tightly for them to fit properly, but it is the same as running in a cross country spike.
The lack of support really puts the stress and focus on the rolling of your foot on contact. I have seen very little wear for as much street time as I have put on them (they are the only shoe I run in now and usually do an average of 40 miles a week.)
The shoe breaths very well, sheds water easily, and when laced tightly, I have noticed no blisters from running both with and without socks.
I highly recommend this shoe, especially as a transition towards a low or non ankle supportive shoe.
I see what they are trying to do: make the ultimate lightweight feather. The problem is that they sacrificed everything that made the Mach XI a great shoe to do so. First problem is that they made the shoe fit narrower in the middle and in the toe box. The upper over the toe box also lays flatter so your toes feel like they have no room at all. So even if you wanted to stick with these shoes, I would order either a half or a full size larger than the previous model. Next, they figured taking a paper thing piece of cloth and screenprinting the design on it would be the best way to save weight. Well, there went the breathabiity. Lastly, the tongue is the flimsiest piece of cloth I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, so when you put your foot into the shoe, it slips and folds up in various areas, and is impossible to straighten out once your foot is actually inside.
This shoe seemed to be more of a gimmick than a shoe to take seriously. With its screenprinted feather on the inside, it meets its goal of becoming the lightest XC shoe possible, but alienates anyone that was already a fan of this line of shoe.
They are light, surprisingly durable, and reasonably priced.

I still run in my Brook Mach XI's that I purchased 3 years ago. Lightweight, very little drop, breathable, shed water like a duck. Perfect cross country shoe and works well for road running too. The shoes were not quiet what we had expected, when we received it! The surface fabric was not what we had in mind. I'm guessing this surface fabric might be of some elite material, but not what my son had in mind. Anyways, Brooks company did agree to accept the shoes back for a refund, but I'm not happy about paying the out-of-pocket $14 in shipping fees just to try the shoes on!

I love Puma tennis Shoes, they are normally true to my actual shoe size. Being disabled with many vascular issues, I was recently diagnosed with Type II Diabetes insulin dependent (I'm a petite person in height and weight), it is extremely difficult to find and then purchase any shoe(s) that isn't heavy or have a heel higher (owe I do miss my high heels at 5'1" tall) than 1-1/2 inches, it just no fun. But buying Puma's through their outlet, Amazon; or other authorized stores; and then only if they are on sale, it is a wonderful day. These shoes look awesome and are really light, and the Ferrari logo helps too. However, they seem just a little bit larger than my other Pumas. It's not a huge difference, only about half of a size. I've just received these shoes and wore them once for water aerobics, which I do up to 5 days a week. I cannot say one bad thing about these shoes. They are very well made and light on the foot. They are also quite stylish and look great. I had previously purchased the Speedo Wave Runner, and while they were also cute and comfortable, they only held up to the chlorine for 6 months, before the fabric upper deteriorated. This shoe also seems to provide great shock absorbtion, which does me a world of good, and anyone else who needs pain relief. They are really made like a good running shoe. Everything on this shoe is mesh, they dry fast. I believe they are going to last much longer. I am completely happy with this purchase. I paid $45 for the Pagoda Blue and I feel like I've gotten away with something, really.
Comfortable even with my bunion, practical, space saving and enough support that using them 10 days straight did not bother my arthritis.
Bonus value was the ease of cleaning. 2 travel companions were delayed at customs in the US because of the mud on their athletic shoes. No real issue but an avoidable annoyance.

Although the shoes transition well between the water and land, they probably wouldn't last long if worn for everyday use. Mine ran true to size; if you plan to wear socks, particularly thick ones, you might have to order up a half-size. The only issue I had was walking up normal stairs -the deep treads tended to catch on the lip of steps, just a little, and I was afraid of falling if I wasn't careful.
I recommend these shoes for boating and land/water transitions or for wading circumstances when you might need extra foot support. If you're just going to use them for the beach or pool, go with one of the less expensive, form-fitting types.

This shoe substituted for flip flops, Teva sandals and dress shoes used by my travel companions.Comfortable even with my bunion, practical, space saving and enough support that using them 10 days straight did not bother my arthritis.

Buy Coach Women's Remonna Sneaker
The are the 2012 version, Coach sold out of the 2013 version, and I think they actully look better than the new version. The fit is so comfortable. I was very lucky to get these.
Now my lovely shoes look like NYC knock offs. I have a coach purse and I love it. Sadly the shoes just don't seem to be as durable as the purses. See the customer picture I uploaded of the shoes.

Disclaimer: I have long narrow flat feet and for errands/exercising, and around the house I live in New Balance, which come in my size plus never hurt or tire my feet out like other sneakers and dressy shoes. (Also, this way I can buy American.) I tried Coach for something dressier when flying and sight seeing, not being very optimistic but hopeful from the reviews. They do run a bit large and don't come in narrow,but laced tight they are a dream. They are amazingly cuddly and comfy and flatter my feet. When I got these they were a gift to myself for being good and sticking to my diet. I also had a lousy day at work and these shoes I had been wanting for a while. They fit really nice, pretty comfortable, and stylish. I was concerned over the smooth bottoms of the shoes, but they aren't slippery at all. I did have a problem with the logo. After a month or so, the logo items started to fall off. The logo just unpeeled itself from the shoes. I was so disappointed.Now my lovely shoes look like NYC knock offs. These are light, on the narrow side (but fit like a glove), and very stiff. I've been coaching and running for a total of 25 years and very few spikes offer what this one does. Its a pure 400M spike and I know that it'll keep me on the track and going fast all season.

My 16 year old just won first place in the decathlon at New Balance Nationals. I bought these for him a week before the meet and he loved them! He used them for the 100m, 400m and the 110m hurdles. He has the 10/11 size in the santa cruz. They are just a little bit to small. The 12/13 are too big. The sizes are to drastic of a jump. There should be more of a happy medium in the croc sizing. He is 6 nowmaybe he will be able to wear them when he is 8!!! Im not happy about the sizing difference at all.

I bought these for my 2 year old. He is able to put them on by himself, and because the velcro is only on one side, it is rare that he gets them on the wrong feet. He can easily tell which is left and which is right. They are adorable and we get lots of compliments on them when he wears them. Love these shoes! I had to order another pair, one size down. My grandson normally wear size 12 with no problem, but these fell off as he was walking. These are great shoes, everyone in the family now have a pair. I love how they are finished, but have the comfort of wearing crocs.

Best shoes ever! I absolutely LOVE them! For the first hour or so they are a little tight because they need to form to your foot but they stretch to your foot and they don't stretch any bigger! I have two pairs, pink pair and blue pair. I want more in different colors but they don't have my size any longer!

This shoe is a great color, and it looks comfortable enough. The bad thing is that if you have a larger foot, it runs very small, and is difficult to put on. There are gel elastic laces that do not open in any way, so you need to expand them to their limit to get your foot inside. Not a good shoe if you tend to be late for the bus!!! We returned them.
