Zoot Women's Ultra Kalani Running Shoe Reviews
I appreciate the way Zoot shoes hug your feet without any tightness. But the best part for me is how they fit in the heel and achilles area. The high back securely, but gently, cradles your entire heel area and keeps it solidly at the base of the shoe regardless of activity. I'm sensitive to heel slippage and reject all kinds of awesome shoes because there is minor heel slippage when I walk. This shoe has zero heel slippage for me. I would rank the arch support and foot comfort on these shoes as above average. Also nice is how the lace system is designed. The shoes hugs your feet nearly completely without much lace involvement. I purchased the azalea/silver (silver with pink trim) and have received many compliments. The specific color I purchased is wearing well and not showing dirt as quickly as other shoes would. It is possible these positive results would be the same with other colors since the majority of the shoe is a nylon stretchy type material which seems to naturally repel dirt. I use these shoes for workouts (including lots of lunges), walking, bike riding, and everyday wear.
Best Inov-8 F-lite 262 Shoe Deals
I tried on the 240 at a local store and it was way too narrow so I decided to buy the 262 since it has a wider footbed. The width does fit much better, but based on the length of the 195 and 240, I ordered a half size smaller than I normally wear in an athletic shoe. Unfortunately, the 262 is much truer to size and as a result, I don't have much "wiggle" room in the length. Other than the length issue, the shoe performs great and I've already noticed that my form on lifts is much better with the flatter stance (compared to my Asics running shoes) and the shoe's light weight is extremely beneficial as well. Also, the 262 has plenty of cushion for my runs on our box's packed dirt and gravel track, and it gives me the protection I was looking for when running over small rocks and ruts.

As a long time user of F-Lite 230's and a person with a very wide foot I was looking forward to the new "anatomic" shape on the F-Lite 262. This shoe was marketed as the wider version of the 230, so I was essentially expecting the perfect shoe (for me of course, everyone is different). Overall this shoe felt solid and it had potential to be really great, but it seems that when they made the anatomic fit they also shrank the length of the shoe. The wider "anatomic" fit was much wider than the 230 fit, and it felt fantastic width wise, but the shoe was much too short to fit my foot. Some times I can get away with that in a workout shoe, but because this Inov-8 is designed to take a beating it has a more ridged outer shell than some of their other shoes and it did not allow for any play. For people looking to buy this shoe I would definitely not shy away from it. I am starting to think that my foot has grown larger than a 13 and I just seem to get lucky finding shoes that are built larger than their sizing.

I recently learned I had one leg longer than the other and needed to wear a lift. I wanted one that was clear to wear with sandles. This did not fit the bill. It's too soft, too small, would not stay in place, and did not support my heel. A poor purchase.

While the shoes are comfortable enough, I found myself leaving a trail of black marks everywhere. It was amazing how easy it was to create huge black streaks on the floor without even trying.

Vegan, canvas, comfortable from the first wear and, in this case, ORANGE! I have 5 pairs of Bullets four canvas and one nylon and find them to be my most comfortable shoe ever. Brooks Women's PureFlow Lightweight Running Shoes Review
OMG am I a happy camper. I am 47 year old mom and preschool teacher. I Jazzercise 4 times per week and walk 3-5 miles twice per week, plus some Y visits thrown in. I am on my feet and moving ALL day long. My heels and feet have been very sore from so much activity and not the right shoes (even though I have a rack full of pairs to rotate between in my collection). The lady at REI talked with me extensively while I was buying a pair of Danskos for work
and she suggested these for my feet and problem. The second I laced them and stood up, walked around the store I was in love. I hugged the gal and told her Thank you SO much and I am not taking these off. I was like a little kid when I left, wearing my new shoes up to pay for them. Told everyone I have met since about my new shoes. While walking to my car, I almost told the people parked next to me that I thought I was walking on cotton balls and felt like (again like a little child) that perhaps I could run faster with these babies on. I wore them until I went to bed. The proverbial cat's meow. Buy them. Not cheap, but boy are they worth it. You won't regret it.
*** The other review was right though. They are not real roomy in the toe box. I wear an 8 in everything and an 8 fit perfectly in these. I am 5'4 and weigh 120 lbs....now being carried on clouds. If someone had wide feet, or needed a roomy shoe, these probably would not work for them. They are light weight and cushiony and comfortable. I will buy a pair for my teenage son.

I used to wear the Brooks Addiction 11's, switched to Mizuno's last year and am so happy to be back to a Brooks shoe.

I am a 40something year old mom who normally runs 3 to 10 miles/day depending on the day and the time I have. I am an average build not too thin and not overweight. I have a super high arch and these are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned... the feeling is like running on jello but more stable, great arch, no blisters with thin socks. the heel is low so if you are not used to minimalist shoes, you may want to build up to a longer distance slowly. I was recovering from shin splints and a tibial stress fracture and needed new shoes. I needed a neutral shoe with cushioning and when I first looked at the Pure Flow I was worried that there wouldn't be enough support/cushion. But I've been using them for a few weeks now and they are exactly what I wanted and needed. The cushioning is great! I had a problem with heel striking instead of a midfoot strike which was hard on my knees and shins but the Pure Flow really corrected that and I've been increasing my distance and running pain free! I am in love with these shoes! I have them in white with purple and wanted a second pair that wouldn't show dirt as much. I am not a runner. I have lower back problems and have had disc surgery. These shoes are very supportive and are almost bouncy when you walk. They are very comfortable to wear if you have to be on your feet a lot. I talked about them so much that my husband also wanted a pair. He loves his too! He has been running and says that these shoes make a huge difference. I am so in love with my new Pure flows! I wasn't sure it would be the right shoe for me (It is a slightly more neutral shoe and I have been wearing more stability shoes), but I have been running in them for 3 weeks now with a big smile on my face. They are so light and cushiony they hug my feet. I LOVE running in the Reebok Zigtech shoes. I've bought several models over the last several years and have been more than happy with all of them. Until these. :-( They are not nearly as cushioned as the previous models I've owned. The heel is not more cushioned as expected. As a matter of fact, my heels HURT running in these shoes. If you have any issues with plantar fascitis, this shoe is not for you! Wish I could send them back, but I've already tried them out. I'll keep them for biking, instead.

I ordered this shoe in the wide width for extra comfort and as soon as I strapped these on I knew I was in love! This is the first pair I've ever owned that were comfortable from the first time of use. I went walking and my feet were supported and comfy! No pinched toes or sore feet at all! The design is quite nice to look at too in my humble opinion. I only wish there was a darker colored pair since I'm sure I'll get this white pair dirty in no time. However, I am still extremely pleased with these shoes. I'm a woman so I had to order one size smaller than my normal women's size but for these kinds of shoes I think there really isn't a difference between men's and women's walking shoes other than size. Discount Junior Brannock Device (children's)
This is very convenient to have--especially with rapidly growing, small children! It is so much easier to measure their feet at home and go to the store when they actually do need new shoes (or just buy them online). I got tired of hauling them in to the store to have their feet measured each change of season, so I got this and I'm REALLY glad I did! It is solid metal and comes with very clear, simple instructions. After reading them, I realized that most sales associates DO NOT use it properly! They are supposed to measure not only the length, but the arch length using the small piece that slides up and down the side, and take the GREATER of the two measurements as the correct shoe size. When this is not done, it can cause the toes to grow crooked and bend turned in on eachother rather than grow straight. There are very clear illustrations of this in the instructions. Whenever I have brought my toddlers in, the sales associates have always just measured according to the length only. The directions caution against doing that, as it is not an accurate measure for the correct shoe size, and may cause the toes to grow crooked. There is also a moving piece that determines the proper width.

The junior Brannock device is made of metal and easy to use. My toddler thinks it is a torture device at the shoe store, but having it at home, she wants her feet measured every day! This is a huge help to have at home as I typically buy shoes from Zappos and now I can just measure her at home instead of dragging her to the store. With these boots, I feel confident in the protection offered for my ankles is well worth the cost of the boots. An ankle injury is often a complicated injury requiring lots of time to get it to 'normally' that is not back to 100%. Rather than wait for a possible accident, I'd rather get the gear now to cover me... a bit pricey? Sure. But saving my joints is well worth the price. Fit well and easy to don/doff. I usually love Columbia shoes. I wore the hell out of my last pair for over two years, and they are still in as good of condition as these ones were after only a few months. Just not happy with them, and dont want to go through the hassle of sending them in and having them inspected only to be told that its user wear or whatever and not a defect. Overall a great pair of "everyday" shoes for the price. They are very comfortable and required no "break in" period. The laces were just the right length, they fall about two inches from the top. Even though the description says they are waterproof, they are not. Water does make in through the top of the toe box. I have been using these as everyday shoes, not running shoes and found them great. I wouldn't be inclined to take them out on a 10k trail run, I would use a better quality shoe. I would purchase again.
