I purchased these road bike shoes after my other pair of 12-year-old Shimanos finally saw their last days. I was happy with the old pair, so much so that I remained confident another pair of Shimanos would suffice to replace the previous ones. I have to say, I am by no means a professional cyclist I commute to work and sometimes complete long organized rides. Otherwise I do not participate in any serious "Tour De France" type road races. Because of this, I just wanted a comfortable pair of cycling shoes that wouldn't make my feet go numb and take a large chunk of cash. So far, these shoes have delivered. They have been very comfortable, and have worked well with my Shimano SPD pedals and cleats. I really prefer the velcro straps to a top buckle mounting to remove pressure points and these do just that but still feel snug and tight. Also, these shoes are somewhat stiff, with just a little bit of bend. I feel like am I am getting maximum energy output to pedal with them. I don't know the specific weight of these shoes but they are relatively light, but most likely heavier that some more expensive road cycling shoes. Lugging a few extra ounces on my feet hasn't been a problem for me however. The one issue I have is the open air vent in the bottom front of the shoe. Direct air ventilation is a nice feature to have during the summer, but if you live somewhere cold and wet you will not enjoy the ride as your toes will go numb from the chilly air and water. All in all the Shimano SH-R077 sport cycling shoe delivered exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Not a lot to say. They're shoes. My best advice is to buy big. I'm a 10.5 US mens so I ordered a size 44, which should have been a perfect fit. Not so much. Toes cramped up in the end. Returned to Bike Nashbar (great customer service, BTW) and got in a size 45. Fit like a glove. Took a couple of rides to figure out exactly how tight I wanted them (not too tight for me, thank you) and since then I've been very pleased. I've only had them for two weeks, but I've put about 250 miles on them and so far so good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive shoe but needs something comfortable for long rides.

I've used these for both SPD and SPD-SL pedals and they work well. The straps are solid and there is good ventilation.

not great for cold weather -even with toe covers they are so breezy that your toes still get cold

rubber pads wear off pretty fast if you ever put them under wear

These are my first. I'm not a pro rider by any means. Im giving them a 5 because they have helped me improve my riding and reduce the pain I usually get in my feet after several hrs on my bike. If your a new road rider. You won't be disappointed. Just double check the size chart before purchasing.

My son wears orthotics in his shoes to help with gait. He needs light and wide shoes. These are perfect for him. We'd been buying Stride Rite shoes, but can't find them in his size anymore. These are as good or better. It's next to impossible to find these shoes in brick and mortar stores. So, Amazon gets double kudos. Bought these for my 3-year old son who has an extra wide foot. I cannot find him x-wide in regular retail stores. These fit great! Velcro closure not only makes it easy for him to put on and take off but it helps adjust the size for his wide (and thick) foot. I highly recommend these to anyone who has a child with a wide/x-wide foot.

Light, Comfortable, True to Size, Make my 5 year old run FASTER!!!! My 5 year old son LOVES this shoes. The velcro strap is very high quality and with the right width to ensure it the velcro stays on! We took our son out for a test drive on a track, and he ran a quarter mile track without stopping. I wear an 8 1/2 wide or 9. Got them in a 9 and they fit perfect! Very well made and nice to look at. I bought them to play golf in and they are awesome. Lightweight and very comfy from the first day. I've had them a little over a month now and they just get more comfortable. I play 18 holes 2 times a week and have never had a problem. Just like wearing you favorite comfy tennis shoes. I am a big fan of ASICS shoes--especially the Gel type. However, the ASICS golf shoes are lacking good arch support and are hard on the balls of my feet. This was a huge problem since I usually walk the golf course instead of using a cart. I needed to purchase gel inserts and had to use my orthotic inserts to make these shoes "more golf friendly." One feature that was a plus is that they are water resistant.

I normally wear a 9 but bought a 9.5 after reading reviews & it was the right decision since it was just right. The first day I wore these was for a 10-hour sightseeing trip where all I did was walk & I was so pleased with the comfort and support! I am pregnant and these made it possible for me to support extra weight and not have achy feet at the end of the day. This is a better deal than in the big box stores (where I originally fell in love with them). I always check Amazon for this reason & it paid off. I really like these, style wise. They are lightweight. They're good for working out, but they look good for a trip to the store, too. I am a little unhappy with the fit, though. They seem to run a bit small. I can still fit into them, but they are a little snug. If you buy them, you might want to buy a half-size up from your usual size.

Buy Fila Men's Memory Finest Hour Running Shoe

So far, I can only say good things about these shoes. My last pair of shoes were a pair Reebok Fuel Extremes, and I do like those slightly better, but it is a close call.

I've had these shoes for 5 days, and I've put 27 miles on them. So far, they are light, sturdy, and well cushioned. They also fit well (no slipping/moving around) without feeling constricting or overly tight. I run on sidewalks/roads/paved surfaces, so I can't speak to how they'd hold up to off road running.

I've also had no issues with blistering, which was a problem with the previously mentioned pair of Reeboks, so that's a huge plus in their favor.

Given the current experience, I would buy this brand again in the future when it's time for another pair. We'll see if these can hold up over the long run I coaxed 591 miles out of the Reeboks, so these have their work cut out for them, but I'm optimistic based on their strong start. If they hold up, I'll upgrade this to 5 stars.

I have been buying Puma sneakers for my 8yr old son for a couple of years thru Amazon. My son had a size 1 that had grown too snug. I wanted to go a little bit bigger so he would have room. They arrived and the size 2 fits well with some room but not too bulky. My son requires a lightweight shoe which these Puma's are. Easy to clean with damp cloth and all previous Puma sneakers held well, including the Velcro which was an issue with other name brands. Ordering another pair in different coloring.

These shoes are excellent, they fit very well and are extremely comfortable, i have some older zigrhythm and expected these to be about the same but maybe lighter weight but that was not even close, the sole is made of a softer and more light weight material that makes them super comfortable,impact absorbent, and more light weight than the older zigtech running shoes, i notice that loose rocks and gravel don't get stuck in the soles of the shoes like my old zigtechs did, overall if your interested and can try a pair at a local store i promise you will not be disappointed, i wear a size 14 shoe so i have a difficult time finding good deals but i would recommend buying them here because i looked all over the internet and could not find a better deal than here, they retail at $99.99 and i got them brand new here for $71.37 in Black/Vitamin C/Flat Grey/White. I will buy another pair very soon these are my everyday shoe of choice, extremely comfortable.

These shoes are okay. I mean for the price point they're good but based on the reviews I read I though they'd be better. My main complaint is that it seems these shoes were designed for a narrow foot so they aren't comfortable initally when I start running. I mean its manageable and ill use them but they're no where near as good as the k swiss tubes I had. If I had to do it over I would not have purchased these shoes and bought another pair of the k swiss tubes. This is what happens when you try to save a little money. Oh well.

Bought these after looking around for a new set of golf shoes after they stopped making the Callaway Hyberbolic spikes I liked last year. Liked the idea of a light spikeless shoe but not too many options for larger sizes out there (I wear 14's) and some brands like Nike seem too narrow for me. Got these in 2 days from amazonand have played several times so far. Really like how light they areno issues with traction, although I would still wear my old Callaway's if it was wet out. Feet feel great after a round, felt great right out of the box no break in period.

This is a fantastic trail running shoe! Fit is true to size. Provides ideal traction on packed dirt, mud, gravel, firm sand, and rocks, even when going up or down very steep hills. Mesh upper breathes well and yet does not allow any dirt, debris, or dust to come through! Very firm sole is not appropriate for long runs on paved surfaces. While this shoe can be worn without socks, I wear Injinji Performance Lightweight No-Show Toesocks Black IN011110

I have had these for exactly one month and have run 66 miles in them. The design and materials are ideal for Good Form Running. Grant Robison illustrates Good Form in a quick, entertaining video made by the team at New Balance.

I have had no hip, knee, ankle, foot, nor blister problems with these trail running shoes! Prior to running with these, I experienced the knee pain associated with heel striking while running with conventional running shoes. An initial trial of Vibram Five Finger KSOs helped me to develop my calves to build up mileage with minimalist footwear, but did not provide the sole protection against sharp pointy rocks and shells that I frequently encounter on my trail runs.

I find that these NB WT110s provide an excellent trail running shoe that balances protection of the feet with shape and design that enhance a runner's natural foot strike.

Honestly, i swear that New Balance designed these shoes for my foot! They are the most comfortable shoes!! They are smooth, flexible and fit like a silky foot glove. I ran in them for the first time yesterday and it felt so natural. They have a wide toe box but are very fitted [in an extremely comfortable way]. They seem very durable as they are covered by a non traditional synthetic [rubbery-like], laser-cut outer, but are very breathable. They allow for maximum control of your foot in all the dynamics of minimal-style running. I will say that they did not grip as well as i would have hoped on slicker, moist surfaces, but that is completely manageable. Size-wise i am generally a 9.5 [i was true to size in the WT1010's] but in these, though perfectly comfortable, the New Balance store associate told me to go with the size 10's which gave my big toe just a bit more space at the tip.

I HIGHLY recommend these shoes and hopefully New Balance won't change them too much for future model upgrades.
