I really, really like Garmont shoes, so I was a little disappointed with this shoe.
1. The tongue has some raised sections on either side of it that really rubs into your foot initially.
2. I find the stock inner a little too spongy, so my heel rubs up and down on the back of the shoe. I replaced it with a much thinner inner sole.
3. There's too much play in the tongue, it keeps getting shoved down into the boot and creasing. I have to pull it out to keep it flat.
4. This is advertised as an ADD shoe (look up the Garmont literature) but I don't see it in the design. Granted it's just a walking around shoe, but I don't see extra space for your metatarsal, nor an asymmetric tongue, like the other ADD Garmonts.
I'm hoping the shoe will grow on me.

I live in Alaska, and winters are cold and icy. This shoe is perfect. I feel secure running on ice and my feet stay toasty warm (they have never been wet in this shoe). I highly recommend!Instead of slip-sliding around town, I feel confident that I will not fall on hidden ice. Also they are warm, leak proof, and comfortable.

These sneakers are sleek and good for everyday use. However, they felt like I was walking on cardboard so I had to pick up a pair of sport insoles to make them feel better. Other than that; their cool.
The shoes are white but there is yellow staining on both shoes around the ankle/tops of the shoes. I don't know if it is glue or if they are used/returned and dirty. Either way, I found it to be unsatisfactory and would have returned them had my son not gotten to them first.

I ordered them for my teenage son, had I been home at the time they arrived, I would have returrned them, but my son had already opened them and thrown out his old shoes. The shoes are white but there is yellow staining on both shoes around the ankle/tops of the shoes. I purchased this shoe for my son for baseball at a local Academy store before it was available on Amazon. I always look for the lightest weigh quality shoes for my kids at a decent price. That pretty well sums up this shoe. It seems true to size, and is durable. We had been buying Nike, and it is a very good shoe, but this one was a bit lighter despite being higher on the ankle, at a similar price point. Moderately higher priced shoes such as these seem to get you newer lighter, usually more durable materials. We are starting our second season in these. My son likes them, we will buy them going forward. The light weight of this shoe is truly amazing, and it is a mid ankle shoe. Thanks.

I got these for exercise on post baby body and they were a great buy! Comfy, sturdy, and they look pretty cool.I love the shoe it was a good color to carry me through the fall and winter months. I do have problems with my arches so unfortunately my shoes don't last as long as I would like. These lasted maybe two months. Here in the south the fall/winter seasons are very short. As it was in most parts of the country this yr.

This is a real good looking shoe. I am not using it for running but rather just as a casual shoe with jeans and shorts.I'm loyal to Zigs, I've own about ten pair, but these were awful. Mesh feels like cheese grate on the top of your foot.

These shoes are designed for one of two specific purposes:
1) Minimalist running (these shoes are light and have virtually no support)
2) Road racing or speed training (yay!)
I'm training for 5Ks right now, but am a 1600 3200m runner. I still do a lot of speed workouts, and these shoes offer much more support than spikes without adding much weight at all. I'm not really into minimalist running I do a lot of my runs on rough trails or pavement, and I can't risk being injured just to run in shoes that weigh a bit less.
But let me tell you, after running in my mega-cushioned asics or trail shoes for a few days, strapping these on and going to the track makes me feel like i can FLY.
They also look awesome. The glittery laces were a bit much at first, but I've grown to dig em. They're sweet to look at when you run...although I don't recommend looking at your feet for too long :)
I have a pretty standard foot. Not wide or narrow. I run with neutral/normal pronation and have a moderate foot arch. When I wear these shoes, I mainly mid-foot strike, but they feel great with forefoot strikes too if you are so inclined. I wear a size 12 in Asics, a size 12 in NB, a size 11 in adidas, and an 11.5 in these fit perfect. Like a wonderful wonderful protective sock!
As a last note someone mentioned their feet hurting after walking around in these. Duh. They have absolutely no cushioning, although they do mold to your foot after about 20-25 miles. I bought these at my local running store, and no shoe was lighter although some shoes were very comparable (Mizunos just fit my foot perfectly). If you want a shoe to stand around in, or for walking, BUY WALKING SHOES or some crocs. Crocs are neat. Wouldn't recommend them for speed workouts though...
Soon enough you'll get over the giltery shoe laces.

I ended up returning this and going with the Ronin 2's, which are the non-supportive sister of this shoe. I normally have lower arches but it turns out that minimalist shoes WITHOUT support are better for folks with slightly lower arches. If it's exactly what you're looking for, it's great as a racer and occasional trainer.Best Deals on Mizuno Unisex Wave Musha 3 Running Shoe
For years I ran with Mizuno Nirvana 4's. Ofcourse that is a very different shoe for carious reasons. However, it opened my eyes to the superior quality that you will find with Mizuno. The shoes on topic are very light....heavy sock! To my surprise, the arch support was surprisingly good. I find that shoes of this type are pretty spartan and your feet pay the price. I have noticed some tightness in my calf muscles since I started using these. I think its because there is far less cushioning than my previous kicks! Ill just get used to them. They fit true to size as well. Get them!!Honest reviews on Mizuno Unisex Wave Musha 3 Running Shoe

I got these boots for my two year old daughter. Very versatile. Cute with pants, especially leggings with slouchy socks.
but also gives a funky look for dresses and skirts. They worked so well last winter, I will be purchasing another pair for this winter.
A great feature is the side zipper. I don't need to un-lace & lace the boots every time... I keep the laces tied and use the side zipper to put the shoes on and off of my son. although, it is a little tighter this way, I like this option.
I recommend these boots.

Sizing on these was hard I had to get a couple sizes before I got the correct one. Every site said something different about them being too big or too small. I wear an 8 in most shoes (an 8 1/2 in my Nike Free running shoes but I like those big) and I settled on the 38 in these. I didn't want any extra room really wanted them to fit like gloves so when I am going downhill my big toe sometimes hits the end but it is not at all a problem. I have run roads in Nike Frees (5's) for 2 years nothing else, but they just picked up too much of the trails in the treads and I felt that there was too much extra shoe. This shoe kept the minimalist feel that I like and added a really great grippy tread. Since I am used to the neutral/minimal shoes, I didn't take time to break them in slowly but if this is your first time in this type shoe, you likely want to take them for short runs first or you're going to get sore calves. No blisters when I took them right out of the box and ran for 1 1/2 hours. I will wear them with socks they're not super breathable so my feet got sweatier than usual. In the winter, they will probably be perfect and for now, I can handle a little sweat. Love the navy they're a great looking shoe.
I bought these to wear with (thicker if needed) socks. As the other reviewers mentioned, the toe box is very roomy which is nice for those of us with wider feet. The length isn't longer (like some Nikes). As far as feeling the lugs underneath: that would depend on socks or no socks and not something that I find bothersome nor significant in this shoe.
When I first got these I tried them on with fluffy cotton socks and decided to keep the 41. Sadly after a couple of wears it is quite clear they are about 1/2 size too big. Tried tying them tighter and made myself numb :) If I went down to a 40 with socks, my toes would hit the end.
These have quickly become an every day wear. I always wear minimal shoes but most are made to "breathe" and in an Ohio winter my feet were always cold. These have provided an excellent solution.

This is a very nice looking minimal shoe with great traction. I am flat footed so I find barefoot style shoes more comfortable then regular running shoes. I was looking for something with good traction after suffering a fall while trail running, but I also wanted something that was good looking enough to take on vacation and wear from trail to town. I followed the seller recommendations and ordered a size up. They were too big, I would stick with your regular EU shoe size. The toe box is very roomy, the laces can be sinched up tight for a narrower foot. Overall I like this shoe alot. I would give this five stars but I have only had them a few days so it will depend on how they hold up. I love that these are a vegan recycled shoe.Best Deals on Vivobarefoot Women's Neo Trail Running Shoe
I read a lot of WONDERFUL reviews of these shoes and was very excited to buy a pair. I have a pair of barefoot running shoes by another brand, but the trails where I live have a lot of loose rocks. The treads on the Neo look great for the conditions. The sizing is European, and translates into only whole US sizes. I typically wear a 7.5 in shoes. The 37 (7) was a bit too short but the width fit well. The shoes fit, but just walking around my apartment in them, I felt that if I was running downhill, my toes would uncomfortably jam into the toe of the shoe. I also don't think thick socks would be an option with that size. I exchanged the first pair for a 38 (8) and the shoe was much too big too long and too loose. So I think if you wear a half size, you may have to try another brand. It's unfortunate because looking at both pairs I ordered, the shoes are very well made. They are light, have great treads, tie tightly and have a nice fit around the ankle.Honest reviews on Vivobarefoot Women's Neo Trail Running Shoe
OK: 4 stars for the product. 1 for inconsistent sizing. Even in the same model different colors fit differently. Makes buying a challenge. Have been wearing shoes like this for a few years and wear a 9.5 in ALL minimalist shoes ~wear mostly New Balance and Nike. If I want to wear socks (not thin ones) I will go up 1/2 size. This is the sizing difference between a Euro 40 and 41. I have the Evo in 41 and wear it with thin socks and it fits snug, like minimalist shoes should. Can wear them without socks and they fit great. Same with Breatho's. LOVE those.I bought these to wear with (thicker if needed) socks. Ok, so let me start by saying I got a pair of darts around a year ago. I fly through shoes, like every 4 months. I can't even begin to describe what these shoes have gone through. Running around 6 miles a day for a year, all sorts of terrain. Snow, ice, rocks, sand, water, pavement. I dare you to try and break these. Not even a thread has began to fall off these shoes. I don't just use them for running either, I wear them all the time, even before I hop on a skateboard, I have these. Oh, don't forget the different temperatures these have been through, from -20 all the way to 127. Death valley California all the way up near Canada. Ridiculous. Great beaters, they're light enough, just make sure you get the sizing right and these won't let you down. I hope you had the luck I had with these, still going strong and looking new after over a year.

These shoes simply have not lasted well. They were great at first but after several weeks, the adhesive that holds the rubber bottom to the rest of the shoe let loose. This is not what I would have expected from a fairly reputable brand. Otherwise, the shoes are quite comfortable. Unfortunately, they only lasted for such a short period of time.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Reebok Men's Blast Lace-Up Fashion Sneaker

Reviews of Luna Mono Sandals

I am not a runner, I bought a pair of the Monos direct from the factory. I chose the leather tops with the 3/8" leather laces. I tie them with a simple knot on the thong strap which can be slid back and forth to adjust tightness or to slip the sandals on and off. I didn't cut the lace short, I just wrap the excess around my ankle and tie it up.
I've found them very comfortable, especially in the warm south Florida climate. I've been wearing them on weekends and change into them when I get home from work. I love the feel of the leather laces, very secure and comfortable one they've worn in a bit. Very well worth the price. Hint: I ordered one shoe a half size smaller than the other for a good fit. The factory has no problem with doing this. I think my problems with nail fungus may be a thing of the past, keeping your feet out of the hot-damp may be the best cure.
I've never liked flip-flops because they keep falling off your feet unless you keep your toes somewhat clenched (which has been claimed to cause hammer-toe). I never realized just how comfortable sandals can be until I discovered Luna sandals. I really can't recommend these enough. It may take you a while to get used to the leather lace between the toes, but the material softens up after a few days of use and then you hardly notice it at all. They offer a few other options for laces, but don't be afraid of the thick leather ones. I also have a pair of the original Luna's with their first generation ATS laces, but I find that they keep loosening up on me. The newer version of the ATS straps may be better, but I have no first hand knowledge of that.

These were so stretchy and comfortable that i was able to forget that i was wearing shoes at all. Unfortunately, they are not really meant for street running; the fabric at the edges of the sole is exposed to the street surface, and these shoes died before their time due to abrasion. I run regularly, but not an enormous amount by any standard (30min/3-4x a week) and they only lived for about three months. I usually get about 6-8 months out of minimalist style shoes..

I suppose the shoes are fine. They're darker than the picture shows. The problem is that they sent me two left shoes, which is of course completely useless. Now I have to waste my time returning them. In addition, amazon will refund me but won't replace the shoes so I have to waste more time trying to get new shoes. I wear this type of shoe (the rolly heel ones) because it's the they're the only thing that manage the pain from my herniated discs, so not getting the right shoes when I was supposed to get them is a big problem for me.
Just got a new pair They are terrible shoes. They're the right size but no matter how tight I get the laces, my heel slips half out every time I take a step. After walking for five minutes, the bottom of one heel feels bruised and shape of the left sole rolls my ankle inward.
