Although I feel these ran just a little small to true size, the shoe is great, and is everything I expected. I have other Saucony running shoes and love them, and these cross-trainers are no exception. They offer the support in the right places for me and my foot-type (wide foot, under-pronator). I would give five starts, if it were not for fitting just a little small.

So this is like my seventh pair of vibrams or something. Just know that these ones do not run true to size, they run a little small. So I suggest ordering one up from what you typically wear. Otherwise SUPER hot looking for VFFs. I suggest the style for sure.

Just bought these sneakers, have worn them for about a week now and I must say they are very comfortable and I also really like the look. I'd say these are about a half size larger than my Nike shoes, both shoes are a size 9 but the Polo shoes seem to be a bit longer. Overall great shoes and I would definitely reference to the size chart Ralph Lauren provides to give you a good idea on what size you should order.

Stylish and supportive. True to size, and the colors are exactly as pictured. I'm not a serious runner, so I can't say anything about that, but I have used these for walking and treadmill running and my feet feel great afterward.

I was fitted in this shoe by a specialty running store here in the Dallas metroplex. I am extremely flat footed with a slight pronation. This was by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. This shoe was made for the flattest of feet or those with orthopedics. I will wear this shoe as long as Saucony continues to make them. I highly recommend them!

Just got these shoes yesterday and what a difference from my NB. They are so light and supportive that it didn't feel like I was wearing shoes at all. I never realized how heavy my NB were until I got these. I was able to immediately add a mile to my run this morning, and I give most of the credit to these shoes. If you happen to have somewhat flat feet like I do, and you're in the market for some new shoes, don't hesitate to buy the Echelon 2. Outstanding!

These fit & feel great! My feet roll outward (supination) and tend to be average to slightly wide. Very few shoe makers have shoes that deal with supination focusing instead on pronation; so I was very glad to find that Saucony addresses this. I also like how well they cradle my heel. This is my second pair of Sauconys, I only wish they made cross-trainers too! If they hold up for the long run I'll up this to 5 stars.

Rubber cleats (as opposed to the metal cleats you find for most baseball shoes) always seem to be of inferior quality. These are no huge exception. Decent cleats, which aren't very costly and shouldn't be.

I purchase these figuring that I could save a few bucks...that I did, however, I could have used about a dozen more clamps! The soles are very stiff and will not conform to the toe end unless clamped and held in place for about 8 hours. Also, they were not large enough for the width of the shoe but were too wide for the toe...how long they will last is still in question.

I took a chance on this product and blame only myself for buying it. Needing a sole replacement I thought it would be a kit and I could cut it out and glue it into place. How wrong I was. This would be ideal for a size 12 or higher shoe, BUT there's no way to adhere the replacements: no glue, no peel and stick, no nails, nothing. Just over sized hard rubber size 12+ sole. Have to use your own glue, and if it doesn't fit its so thick its impossible to get a clean cut. A total waste.

I am not new to shoe repair materials, i've even protected new shoes with this method even before i wore them , to make sure the original materials and stitching are preserved before wear and tear take its toll. There is nothing better than an original , good quality shoe, sandal ,or any type of footwear with its original built. However to achieve your goal a certain amount of skill is needed. Some basic tools, such as a sharp knife or boxcutter, a Dremel tool with a coarse sanding drum ,or a belt sander will make your proyect easier to complete. Qood quality contact cement, applied at least twice after dry, should do the trick for a permanent bond. The materials I received seem to be tough and longlasting .

ASICS Women's GEL-Phoenix 4 Running Shoe Reviews

First off, I became a fan of Asics after getting a pair of Gel Cumulus 9s on sale a few years ago. By far the most comfortable shoes I've had.

I got these recently to replace that pair, and while they retail for about 20 dollars less than the current Cumulus 13s, I think they're far more comfortable. I tried on the Cumulus and they just were not as comfortable as the Gel Phoenix 4. Asics are like walking on clouds.

I was a bit wary of getting the lime/purple combination, but despite my hesitance, I love them.

In my experience, these shoes run pretty true to size. I like that the toe box is nice and wide so your toes don't feel squished. The heel and ball of foot have the gel cushioning so these make for great work out shoes as well as shoes to wear when on your feet all day. The extra padding around the achilles and ankle adds stability and great comfort.

My pair was purchased elsewhere, but if you're looking to buy online, do yourself a favor and go in store first. I tried on a lot of different Asics styles and found each to be relatively different. I almost ordered the Nimbus online because of the great sale price, but when I tried them on in store, was not impressed. Just something to consider.

The Phoenix 4s, however, is pretty awesome. Very glad I got them.

I looked at a lot of differrent shoe brands and Asics was a high seller on Amazon so I picked these out and I am glad I did. Not only are the colors great but the shoe is very comfortable and I didn't have to break them in. One time I forgot to pack my socks to run in and so I wore them barefoot and didn't even get a blister. Highly recommend these.

I am training for a half marathon and have been through my fair share of running shoes in my life. I tried k-swiss tubes, nikes, new balance....you name it I have tried it. I am a over-pronator and I read up on asics and this brand and thought this was worth a try. They fit snug around your foot with room at the toes. Perfect fit in my opinion. They are so light weight and feel like I am walking on the clouds!!! Cannot wait to try a short 3 mile run tonight in them. I ran around the house to see and these definitely seem to be the right shoe if you are looking for support in your arch and cushion in your heel.

This is the 1st pair of Asics I have ever ordered or owned. I went on a whim and decided to just "go for it" after reading some great reviews about the gel phoenix 4 running shoe. I have NEVER done that before because shoes are "tricky" and I always need to try them on in the store before purchasing. I decided I needed to get some more running shoes though and since I injured my back recently I can't really walk around far and didn't feel like going all over to different shoe stores trying to find "the perfect shoe" so I ordered these off of Amazon.

Let me tell you.... I am 32 years old and have NEVER EVER had a more comfortable running shoe in ALL MY LIFE!!! These shoes are AWESOME!!! They are soo lightweight it feels like they're not even ON your feet!!! The gel speva soles feel like your walking on bouncy air!!! The cushioning is great!!! I love them soo much and I haven't even started my "running" in them, I've just been walking all over the place in them lol. I swear they're even making my back feel better. I really thought I would put them on and have to "break them in"..... but they feel like they don't even need that! Asics are sooo much better than Nike, Reeboks, etc. I will never GO BACK!! Asics you just found a customer for life and if your someone who's reading this and thinking "should I buy some Asics or not?" I'd say JUST GO FOR IT!!!! The GEL PHOENIX 4'S are GREAT SHOES!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I know I'm not!!! ;D

I am new to running and after a lot of research and talking to people, they advised me to go with Asics. This shoe got great reviews, so I decided to try them out. I LOVE these shoes. They are so light and they have lessened the impact of my body hitting the asphalt. They are so comfortable. I now do not have shin splints and my feet do not get as tired. I would highly recommend these shoes. Just note, that the grey is a lot lighter then a picture...but they are still AMAZING!

As soon as the shoes arrived, I slipped them right on and headed for the treadmill...6 miles later, my feet were still happy so I headed out for a 2 mile walk with the dog....Feet are still happy.... I had hammer toe corrective surgery and suffice it to say my other running shoes don't seem to "work" as well for me..But these new Columbia shoes fit like a glove and offer added comfort due to the stretchy material. Doesn't have a lot of fancy stitching and that helps a lot too..Try them; you'll be glad you did!
