I have size 14 AA feet. Most shoes advertised as narrow are at the narrowest a B category. I have owned 2 previous pairs of Montrail shoes and knew they were a narrow fitting shoe. So, if buying and you don't have narrow feet, I suggest you order one size larger than normal.
