I liked the look of these first of all, and the feel. They felt good (if a little heavier than my previous pair of Trail shoe) and fitted excellently from the first run onwards.

What a great shoe! The support of this shoe is amazing. I have hit some trails out here in Colorado and the shoe is holding up and the outdry keeps your feet nice and dry. Wear these shoes with a good pair of smartwool socks and you are in business. I think the design and colors are fantastic as well which really helped in my decision of buying these shoes. Columbia continues to impress me with most of it's products. BUT...They don't seem to get customer loyalty or service. I had a minor issue with a faulty product from them which I spent over a hundred dollars on have been dealing with their customer service to no avail. They have honestly said thank you for being a great customer and we understand that this is frustrating but we can't help you and thanks for buying our product. A big slap in the face to someone who lives in a place like Colorado and has spent thousands and thousands of dollars in Columbia gear. I plan on returning as much of their gear as possible and switching to a brand that can recognize their mistake and take care of their customers. So if you want a great product go with Columbia but do be prepared for a gamble if the product is defective!

It is great shoe. I wore Ravenous I. It was great for it's cushion and light weight. I bought it again. there is a little bit of difference between I and II. heel is short compared to previous version. I have to get used to it, but it's great cushion and light weight is still there. and It is outdry, feel great.
