I hope Puma keeps making this shoe. It is the first shoe I have ever worn that corrects over pronation comfortably and naturally, instead of just building up the arch and putting in a rigid heel cup. It's all in the build of the sole, and feels like you are wearing a custom orthotic only without the hard feel. You can feel your foot strike being corrected, and I just had the first run in a long time without knee pain and my hamstring tightening up from my gait. There is enough cushioning for comfort without that squishiness that creates too much give and "wobble" in the shoe when you land. Especially good shoe if at least part of your overpronation is due to an uneven heel that causes you to roll in from the outset, and also if you have a tendency toward knock knees.

The toe box is a good, wide shape, and the shoe laces up snugly over the foot, a little higher than usual on the inside maybe but certainly not uncomfortable. This may be due in part to the fact that I am a woman wearing a man's shoe because I need a wide fit and the woman's shoe doesn't come in wide. I would normally wear a woman's 9.5 E, and am very comfortable in a men's 8D with no slipping in the heel. A great answer to all those pointy-toed Nikes that do not resemble the shape of the human foot.

All that remains is to see how long the shoe and its corrective capacities last.

My husband seemed pleased with them, though I think they looked a little "cheaper" or "loud" than he expected. The white bottom area, especially on the inside is pretty shiny. He says they fit and feel great though.

I bought these shoes when they were just out about a year and a half ago for 100 euro (now 60 euro). I wanted something reasonable light for the odd race, but with enough cushion for longer road runs too. I have a moderate over-pronantion so I researched a few options and tried on a few different pairs. I was not disappointed by these shoes. I got the black and green coloured shoe which looks pretty good (white inner sole is a little obvious for my liking hence one star deduction), some of the colours are pretty naff! I do about 30km a week in mine and they have lasted fine up to now (over a year and a half). They have a perfect amount of cushion and feel natural and comfortable throughout the run (not heavy or contrived or like they are fighting your natural running movement like some trainers). I have had no injuries whatsoever in the time I have had them, which says a lot too. I intend to buy a new pair of green ones this week and they massively reduced price is a real bonus. I really hope Puma is not considering replacing this shoe as it is definately one of the best around at what it does.

Not a lot of upper support, but lots of cushioning. I get good runs with these shoes, about 6 miles at a time. They are good shoes, but not exceptional in any area like the runners world review says.

This is my first pair of running shoes from Puma. I bought because on sale. They are treating me just fine, but they are a little more narrow than the Brooks shoes I used to run in. Similar to a Nike when it comes to width. Shoe is great, but just too narrow for my foot.
