i just have been using Salomon Speedcross3 CS for 6 months now and i'm loving it! Aside from its colourful, the quality is very good and the cost is affordable. It has a great ankle support. I bought my 3rd pair now.

These shoes were perfect for the mud races I have been doing. I was, even, able to use them on a trail run. The only problem I have with them is the shoelaces. I noticed my friend had the same problem, but bought them anyway. My friend had to cut them off. I was lucky enough to be able to pull them off. I washed the shoes, which was great, and then they worked again. If you could figure out a way to fix that piece to tighten them up, these would be absolutely perfect. One of my runs was all uphill with mud. I didn't slip once. All I could say was I loved these those, throughout the whole race.

Don't get me wrong they are pretty running shoes and everyone compliments me on them. But when buying shoes online the chances are they may or may not fit just right. They felt great the first day but of course I didn't run in them till the next day. And I noticed that they are a little narrow in the toe area but they are kind of big in that my foot feels like it slides a little back & forward. So tight in the toe and a little long. But of course I notice it also depends on the socks. My thinner socks my foot rubs but with my thinker socks they don't as much but then the toe feels tighter. But now that I've ran in them a few times they are starting to feel a lot better. So I guess it just takes some getting used to since I've never owned a pair of Salomon's. The good thing is when I take my shoes off after running my feet are not wet from sweat; their dry. :) Oh and the laces take some getting used to as well. But all in all they are great running shoes. I am sure as soon as I run in them a little bit more they will fit better. I will definitely by another pair.

this shoe is just right!

I have hiked many miles in these shoes and I think they are really the right pair for trail lovers. I originally got them so I could run/hike in wet/cold climates and I am so pleased with them. They keep my feet dry and warm, but not so hot that I am sweating them out and uncomfortable. Definitely happy with them!
