I have used these inside my MBT shoes for over 2 years and have found that my feet feel much much less tired with these. They are very thin inserts but they make a big difference in comfort. I recently bought a new pair of Mephisto slip-on shoes and a week from the purchase I added the inserts and was immediately able to feel the difference.

I got these for my mom and she loves them. She used to complain that her shoes and high heels used to hurt her feet a lot but she wouldn't stop wearing them because they looked great. She used to say that's the price women pay to have good looking shoes. After trying these insoles the complaining has stopped, and she can wear her favorite shoes without the pain and discomfort she used to have on her heels and feet overall. Great buy!

I wear a lot of heels when I go out and these inserts are the best thing that's ever happened to my feet. Before purchasing the inserts I, like every other poor girl, would be icing my feet painfully at the end of a night after clubbing in heels.
