I've had heel pain from running for over a year. It would hurt a little during my run, but the worst pain would occur the following morning when I first got out of bed. I've purchased a number of insoles, heel cups, etc. but nothing helped until I ran with the Sorbothane Ultra Graphite. I had no pain during my run and no pain the next morning. I'm a grateful fan and will purchase a pair for my brother who has the same problem.

I started using these inserts 16 years ago in my combat boots while in the military wow, what a difference they make! Now I use them in my running shoes and hiking boots and they still make all the difference in the world.

Usually, I only get insoles that are completely cushioning with an arch. So you can say when I ordered these, I make a mistake. I was about to send them back, when I developed plantar fasciitis. They are the reason, I could walk on my feet. I now wear them all the time, even though the plantar fasciitis is much better. I have not tried them for running. I am now ordering another pair.

very good product. Excellent shock absorption, however after some time the graphite part becomes unglued. Arch support is less than expected, but firm. The insole is thick but works great. I use it mainly to play tennis on hard courts and can recommend it.
