So my son wears the same pair of shoes everyday while at school and hanging out with his friends. The stitching around the toe and the sole came apart after 2 weeks on one shoe and within 3 weeks on the other. This is his second pair--first pair was fine, these did not last.

These are nice skate shoes for almost any type of skater. They have a really cushy insole and a gel pad in the heel that make these really comfortable. These aren't very roomy though, the top of your foot really presses into the bottom of the tongue. They look cool and are very skateable. The grip is great until it wears off, which happens fairly quickly, but that happens with all skate shoes. I definitly recommend these shoes. They are really holding up to my expectations for Vox shoes.
