These are great on those days that aren't so cold that you need the neoprene booties, or on days when the weather will be changing. They fold up to almost nothing and stuff in your jersey pocket. Try that with your neoprene booties. A great addition on days when the temperature is rising or falling.

I was looking to replace a pair of Performance shoe covers that had worn out. After much searching I found these shoe covers on Amazon. I prefer shoe covers to booties for a few reasons. They are lighter, pack easier and are easier to put on and take off. These seem to fit the bill and I ordered a pair.
The shoe covers were exactly what I was looking for. They are good quality, look nice when worn, and keep the wind and water off most of the shoe. I would definitely recommend a pair of these.

Unaware that shoe covers like this existed, I tried the boot type. But that meant I had to get a pair of road shoes just for that use, because the boots don't fit over the MTB shoe style that is my first choice (due to the convenience of walking with them). But I discovered T-covers and found that with wool socks and T-covers my toes stay warm down to 32 degrees F, the coldest weather I want to ride in, anyway. Both the outer protective layer and the inner waterproof layer stretch and recover with ease. The covers snap right over the shoe. The pull loop on the top makes it easy to arrange the cover over any type of shoe closure (Velcro, etc.), and the heavier material under the toe resists abrasion from extended walking. And yet the covers fold up into about the size of a handkerchief, for easy storage in a jersey pocket.

This shoe cover works great when the weather gets cold and I used it for most of the winter for my rides to work from my home. Seems to be reasonably durable and fits over my Shimano shoes well. Exposed plate on the bottom of the shoe also works well with my Look pedals but could be applied to other pedal systems as well. Great product. I would recommend to anyone. Louis Garneau makes good cycling stuff...

Great fit and coverage of the toe and fore foot. I got these to cover just a bit more then my toes. These wrap around the sides of the foot and cover more of the top of my foot also. The older toe cover I used covered just my toes. On the days whens it cold enough for toes covers but a bit more colder then you realize. These should be what you put on when heading out for a ride. The old "just toe" covers can stay in the drawer till spring.
