I ordered these shoes as work shoes I have to wear black shoes and stand up all day so needed them to be comfortable , they are extreamly comfortable shoes , yes i agree the black ones are maybe a little manish looking but for work they are great so great infact I bought the white pair and the black and pink pair , I did read that they are narrow and small so i ordered the next half size up and they fit perfect so overall very happy :)

I have arthritic feet and must wear orthotics. Rockport shoes are deeper than most and have available room for an orthotic without pinching your foot. Also, in more shallow shoes, when wear the orthotic, the heel slips and can become very uncomfortable.

I love the purple color and get a lot of inquiries where I got those sneakers. They are attractive and comfortable. I have a high arch and had to add an arch support, but now they are perfect.
