Nice shoe and very pretty but really needs alot more cushion especially in the arch area of the shoe. Overall I give it a 3 star.

Skechers cured my plantar fasciitis and when you walk, you feel tired so I believe it can help exercise more. The important thing is it is very comfortable by walking long distances, you don't feel any pain at all.
