I'm a physician in a functional medicine/sports med clinic, so I'm on my feet all day and doing a lot of manual therapy and physical work; mostly I've worn Nikes in the past, but honestly I'd much rather work barefoot if OSHA would let me, and the crosstrainers were a default rather than a choice. The 360's are incredibly light, have great traction on our clinic's concrete floors, and are great for my Tai Chi practice and climbing hobbies as well, along with having the happy side effect of helping some of my stress/overuse-related back pain evaporate.
