This is a night fitting shoe and very light. However, the mesh outer shell means you won't get the support you need for a fast sprint, especially when cornering for a 200 or 400m. This is good for 800m plus, I think. It's also good for some stride work on the track...definitely very comfortable.

I ordered a size 8, which is considered small for me, I usually run 8.5-9.

Returned :/ The materials were very good and I bought them for about 30 bucks, seemed like a good deal...nope. Horrible fit.

Depending on your foot, this shoe will vary on fit. For someone like myself with narrow and slender feet, I found the toebox to be somewhat roomy as well as the midfoot region. The heel fit well and the shoe is virtually weightless. They look as awesome as they are shown in the picture and I look forward to using them for the 800m. I did find some of the materials to seem a bit cheap but I was reassured by a certified pedorthist (hope that's spelled right) that they would not fall apart after having used them several times and were a solid pair of racing spikes for my particular event. Though I had second thoughts after receiving this shoe, I am now convinced that it was a great buy and I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering running events ranging from the 800m to possibly the 5k on a track. Good job Puma!

I went through so many shoes for my gym work out.

These have been the very best so far.

Running on elliptical and bike machines at the gym for a length of time give alot of people burning sensation on the bottom of their feet.

These are very light weight and because of the spikes, there is no burn the entire time.

The mesh form into your feet well.

Especially for people who have discrepancy in size and shape with left and right feet, the mesh and the shoes strings help to form to the shape of each foot.
