I usually buy size 8 1/2, but this shoe does not come in half sizes. The size I purchased was size 9, and it fit perfectly.

The K-Swiss shoe I've worn for approximately 4 year (Misuno?) no longer is sold and I called K-Swiss to see what would compare to it. The Ona was their recommendation and it is perfect for me. Very light weight and comfortable. Granted, I have ortho insoles, but even without them they are good. I work out in them doing both Pilates and fast treadmill walking and have had no problems from Day #1. However, I suspect if you are a runner you might want a thicker heel, since IMO these would would give your heel a pounding.

Like my K SWISS running shoe. would not wear any other..... I am an avid runner, and these are the only sneaks that give me good long wear, with 4 miles a day use.
