Bought the older version of the shoe a year before. The sole on this shoe is made with a better rubber so that it will last longer.

I especially like the flex sole and the comfort it provides.

I got these shoes this week and I am truly impressed. Took them to the track to do some 400m repeats as well as some cross training(tire flipping and bleacher running). I can tell you that these definitely are as close to a barefoot feel, as a running shoe can get. You can actually feel your forefoot working to stabilize as you run, especially rounding corners. These shoes appear to be well made, as I would expect. They are also super light as advertized. I have the saucony Kinvara's and the Vibram five toes as well. These fall somewhere between the Kinvara and the five toes as far as feeling like running barefoot. If you are looking for a minimalist shoe, definitely give these a spin.

Purchased this shoe after wearing a different model of the Realflex series and really enjoying it. Confortable and really light. I like the sturdy feel for the style of shoe it is (minimalist style). The longest I have ran in this shoe is 4 miles to this point but expect the same comfort at a longer distance.

I really like this shoe for the price I paid, the color is a little vibrant for my tastes but it was all they had when I purchased these and I have found it to grow on me. A small problem I have discovered is sometimes after running for a bit my feet hurt, I have combated the problem by tying the shoes tighter and they normally stay tight and my feet stop hurting. Just a small little nuisance to deal with. Also if you work out like me everyday on multiple terrains, these shoes are definitely going to show the dirt and what not so don't be surprised by that. I have had the shoes for a good 3 weeks now so about 21 days of constant abuse, and I must say they have held up quite well besides the dirt they look like brand new. I would most definitely recommend these shoes to anyone who doest want to spend 100's of dollars on running shoes that are just going to get ruined. I can only recommend the pair for anyone needs it for running or gym. It's great shoes. when you're running, you'll never feel that you're wearing them at all. The're are very light and so nice, it could be used in different ways other than just running because of it's shape and style.
