Secondly, all these reviews about them being a full or half size too small don't seem to be in comparison to other running shoes. Running shoes in general often run about that much smaller (at least) than normal shoes or boots. My advice is to order in the same size as your other running shoes (my Nikes were 11s as are these)...they ought to fit fine. ~90% blisters come from too much movement in the fit anyway.
Now, when I got the shoes, I immediately threw them on and broke them in with a 10k. Not until the end of the run did I realize that the stiff upper portion of the back-heel support had worn HOLES (what I had thought to be mere blisters) into my heels! While I have since tried thicker/higher cut socks, they are all turning to a brown and red bloody (not colloquial british!) mess. Time will only tell whether I break the shoe in or it breaks me!
Apart from that minor/major caveat, they feel decent/comparable to the similarly fashioned pair of nikes I quickly wore through prior to purchasing these, though perhaps a bit heavier/bulkier (the inner portion of the rear sole extends somewhat to broaden the platform of the heel's support not sure how I feel about that one; seems a bit unnecessary, but has brought no particular discomfort as of yet)
My advice? This heal obliterating issue doesn't seem to be much of a recurrent issue from reading other reviews, just thought I should issue a due warning garnered from my own experience. They otherwise seem to be a decently sturdy and comfortable pair of shoes. Expect what you pay for. These are not diamonds in the rough.
I am going to give my feet a rest and see of they can recover and adapt to these shoes. Will update at a later date...(9-26-13)

I usually wear a size 11 or maybe 11-1/2. I wanted a running shoe to fit pretty close, so tried the 11. The left shoe was fine. In the right shoe, my toes were right up against the end of the shoe, so I exchanged for 11-1/2 think they would be perfect. They felt just like the size 11; my toes on both shoes were again up against the toe of the shoe. Obviously, I have returned these as well and would have exchanged them for 12's but the web site didn't allow that option. So, I've reordered a pair of size 12 since these shoes are just what I want and at a good price for Reebok's. I just hope they fit or I'll have to give up.
Update 2/15/12: The new size 12 shoes arrived today, a day earlier than expected, and they fit just fine. I can't give them a 5 Star rating since the manufacturing quality control seems a bit out of control as the sizes aren't as expected and even allowing the same pair to be different. In any case, they are lightweight and comfortable so far and the price was right.
