I ordered these shoes for my son and I am very impressed with the quality of New Balance shoes. They seem true to size and are well made. I love the black and yellow and I think my son is going to enjoy them. They are a Christmas gift, so he has not yet worn them. I don't know why I thought that these shoes weren't the lace up kind, but they are. So if you are looking for a shoe your child does not have to tie, this isn't it. Thankfully, we've just learned how to tie our shoes and the laces won't be a problem!
