I bought some new shoes (loafer-ish style) that I really liked but they were loose around the heel. My heel slipped up and down on each step. These little cushions stick in the back of the shoe and provide just enough extra padding to "snug up" the fit. They have stayed in the shoe for several weeks with no sign of coming loose, sliding out of place, etc. I have bought some before (long ago and far away) that were basically just adhesive corduroy or something like that. These are much thicker,a thin bit of foam perhaps, and are MUCH more comfortable! However, it your shoes are already snug around the ankle/heal area, these might make them too tight.

These are great! I've read reviews of people who said these don't work..just make sure that you stick them high on the back of your shoe...I made a mistake and placed them in the middle and my heel kept popping out, then I placed them up a little higher and they've been great so far. I'll definitely buy more for another pair of shoes.

Like most people, one of my feet is just slightly larger than the other. This can be quite annoying, when one shoe is constantly slipping off my heel. Solution: heel cushions. 'Nuff said.
PS--these are also excellent for preventing chafing and blistering when wearing shoes sans stockings or socks.

This product works perfectly. I had tried gel inserts and socks and all kinds of other options before I tried these and none worked. After putting this in my shoes my heels don't slip out of my shoes (that were 1/2 size too big) anymore. I'm so happy I don't have to give my shoes away! :)

My boyfriend bought me a pair of Tory Burch ballet flats a month ago for my birthday. Because of the shape of my feet, I had to get a size bigger. The front of my feet is wide so I couldn't fit a 6.5 (since the front was too tight)and ended up getting a size 7. When I wore it at the store it was fine, but when I started to wear it everyday my heels kept slipping off the shoe. Turns out the shoe was a half size too big for me (but I couldn't get a 6.5 since my front was too wide). For this pair, the length of my feet wasn't fully in the shoe so my boyfriend went on Amazon and found this. I bought it last weekend and it came this weekend. Put them on my flats and have no problem! My heels are staying in, the shoe isn't coming off, yay! At first I was skeptical if this would actually work since it was just an adhesive that you stick to the back of the shoe. Before I had these heel grippers my shoe would come off after walking 10-15 steps! The heels would never stay on long! It was ridiculous how much I had to fix my shoe walking here and there, but now I can walk worry-free without having to fix my shoe!
