Not a bad shoe. Wanted the generation before this but shoe companies always seem to try and "improve" and take something away. Its a good trail shoe and I've put about 100 miles on and the sole is still holding up pretty well. Still has cushion. Love the seamless upper. Not as much of a slipper as the Syncro Fuel II obviously because more of a trail shoe. The green color is awesome. I like the toe cap as well. I tend to destroy the toes on shoes and the cap has helped this shoe hold up really well so far.

Not a bad shoe. Would recommend for trail.

These are very comfy shoes for a casual wear and walking. I have not used them for jogging yet though.

Great Shoe for trail running. I wore this shoe to my daughters college softball game and received several compliments on the shoe. It is very comfortable and performs well on the trail runs.

This is my second Pearl Izumi Trail shoe and the second that I found to cause me foot pain. My first pair of PI trail shoes felt really comfortable in one shoe, both right and left felt true to size, but just the left shoe caused a severe pain in my left bottom forefoot. I just threw the away after a few runs.

I decided to give PI a second chance with these shoes. With these shoes, both again felt true to size and seemed to fit perfectly. However, just like the first pair, these again had the same problem, but this time with the right shoe. The left felt great and was super comfy for an entire 9 mile run. About 1.5 miles into the run, my right foot developed the same pain as my previous PI trail shoes. I have tried many other running shoes and have not had this problem with any other brand. I returned these and will not be buying PI running shoes again.

I'm a big fan of pearl izumi. There shoes, and these shoes in particular are light, super comfortable. I usually use them for walking, but have used them hiking and they are comfortable.
