My daughter wears a narrow shoe and finding a tennis shoe in a 5 slim is a challenge! We started getting the Ashley Lace shoe when she wore a 3 1/2 slim. They outlasted any of her other tennis shoes! So, we got her the 4 1/2 slim for the next year. She loves them. We couldn't be more pleased with this style.

I bought these shoes for my 10 and 7-year-old daughters. They are flexible, comfortable and not too heavy and clunky. They are true-to-size as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that the laces are threaded through loops instead of directly through the shoes. This may become a problem later on as they get more wear. Overall, however, this is a good shoe for active kids.
