I am a long time fan of Asics running shoes. I usually buy the Nimbus but this time I liked the black with colorful sole and laces of the Noosa so I purchased the Noosa. I bought a half size larger due to the reviews saying this particular shoe ran small. The fit was good, a little snug on the sides in the heel area but in no way too small. Within 2 months (wearing only for exercise walking 5-6 days a week at an average of 5 to 6 miles per workout) the heel area was worn through to the white foam and giving me heel blisters!! Again, I have been a longtime fan and purchaser the Asics Nimbus, but the Noosa not only is it expensive (which is okay if it's a good shoe) but is the worst running shoe I have ever owned! So not only am I out $100+ I recently had to purchase ANOTHER pair of Asics but the Nimbus, because the Noosa's were of poor quality! Buyer beware! If you are buying the Noosa's for limited non-exercise use, you may be happy with these but if you are buying them for workouts, DON'T!
