I have been wearing harness boots for over 30 years. I have had Durango, Chippewa and Double H. in recent years I have had trouble finding a pair of Harness boots that fit right. I thought I was getting too old for the style. I ordered the Dingo boots not knowing who made them and that they were probably not American made. I got my delivery and found that Dingo is a subsidiary of Dan Post. Excellent. The boots are made in China.
I put these boots on and instantly they felt like the quality of boots made in the 1970s. the fit perfectly and feel soft on the foot. time will tell but first impressions are very comforting. I am sending back the Chippewas I ordered along with these because the feel like crap and ordering a back up pair of Dingo's!
2 years ago I bought a pair of Made in America Double H boots. wore them for 6 months on and off. one day I put them on and the upper literally separated from the bottom. I contacted double H and they were like so what..........The on line store that I bought them from actually took them back when the manufacturer would not

Love the boots. Ordering was quick and easy and they came earlier than predicted. I was a little disapointed to find out they were made in China but got over that after wearing them. I would recomend placing a stain and water protector on them, particularly if you live in the north as I do with all the salt and sand I have to navigate. I wear them to work daily and they are comfortable and look great.

i wear a size 10 usually, so I bought a size 10. Too big. Returned them for a 9.5....too big. going to reorder a size 9 now. just know they run large, and since they're leather they'll stretch and form fit your foot. I'd buy AT LEAST a half size smaller!!!

Boots are uncomfortable until broken into. After being broke in they are very comfortable although the sole inserts need to be replaced right away, they're just not very good. After about a year of regular day-to-day use (no heavy duty use in the outdoors) I had to replace the soles. The rest of the boot is still in excellent condition though.

These boots look cool. The hard heel makes a cool sound when walking, great for intimidation. They however are what I imagine it would be like if I glued a piece of cloth to a 2 x 4 and taped it to my foot. There is nothing lining the bottom, I had nails poking up through the soles stabbing my foot. I plan to see if I can get them to a boot repair shop for some insoles and something to prevent the nails from stabbing me.
