I wear these shoes hiking and trail running on very steep terrain about 3-4 days a week. They are extrememly comfortable and I have no issues slipping or sliding on the trail. I'm due for a new pair of shoes and will buy these again.

I have high arches and use these as everyday shoes. I walk approx. 1-4 miles daily and these shoes keep me balanced over uneven terrain. This is the second pair of Cascadia shoes that I have purchased. They are light weight and stay looking nice due to the fabric choice and color. I think for the quality they are reasonably priced.
