Instant comfort with these shoes. I wear them for running, hiking, walking and tennis. I am 58 years old and have lower arches, bony feet. There are no spots that rub and there was no break in period. I feel I can run faster because they are so lite. I hiked on gravel paths with some light climbing with no issues. I have worn them for one week and hope they last. I do wonder how they will hold up. If they do hold up for 6 months to a year they are worth the price.

This shoe is lightweight and comfortable with just enough support to stand in all day. They are well ventilated and will be nice in hot weather (but not so nice when it's cold and windy). I love the color choices. It runs a bit large so I recommend buying half a size down. The toe is roomy and the heel doesn't slip once the shoe is properly laced.

I have done a lot of research to find a good transition shoe from a mainstream running shoe to a barefoot running shoe. I do a lot of trail runnibng and road running. I do some longer distance. These shoes have proven to be worth every penny and I will buy another pair soon!
