These insoles are fantastic. I used to run in the blue "Superfeet" insoles and my podiatrist recommended Montrail instead. After a long run on the Montrail Enduro-Sole LP's I can say that these are hands down better. I've also tried the regular Enduro-Sole inserts, (not the LP), they are good for a pair of roomy boots, but not for running shoes which tend to be tighter. I highly recommend them.

My daughter has a lot of trouble with her feet and running cross country. These had been great! They are a little big until you heat them up, but then they fit correctly.

My daughter was suffering from shin splints so I was looking for some insoles that might help her get through the softball season. These seemed to do the trick. These insoles work great for helping support your arches. They do cause my feet to be a little tight in the toe area, though.
