Good pair of shoes. comfortable fit. Not the lightest pair of shoes but not bad at all. It is interesting that the configuration makes you realise your running style. Let me explain. I have a tendency to run heels first then rest of foot follows as it hits the road. Theses shoes amplify that making you consciously try to adjust to a front foot first followed by heel. Kinda like that. Also love the quickness that the shoes adjusts to your feet. No long break in period

I bought this shoe but returned it because it has an ugly (IMO) diamond cross-hatch red-black pattern ALL over the shoe. The pattern is not visible at all in the image shown in the product description but is clearly visible in this other image I found online: .
Otherwise, the shoe was slightly narrow in the front (I have wide feet) but light and comfortable in other respects.

Asics continues with their "33" line of products with this one. This is their take on the Nike Free, New Balance Minimus, and other minimalist shoes. This shoe is very similar to the Gel-Blur 33 but with slightly different webbing patterns. Same cushioning and comfort, but very stylish.
