I put these orthotics in my walking shoes. they have made all the difference in walking straigher, faster and without back and leg pain. my feet have not been sore AND I dont have ankle pain. I will get more of these to put in my winter shoes!

These are the orthoheel inserts which can replace older ones these are even better than the older ones. Great product.
