These insoles have taken away my plantar fasciitis! I am a fitness instructor and abuse my feet on a daily basis. I encountered heel pain and then it was hard to step on the floor after getting out of bed. I tried BS system and my feet are pain free! Another bonus is my knees don't hurt as much which is probably due to the inserts also.
I would highly recommend these to anyone to anyone who engages in high impact activities or is on their feet all day long. An awesome system.

I have been using these insoles for several years now. Originally I bought them from the company that designed them, but they closed their website. I was so thankful to see that I could get them through Amazon, as my foot was beginning to break down again. I highly recommend them for people who are having problems with their feet.
