Those rubber nubs that "massage" your feet would be better described as instruments of torture, tenderizing them. I noticed the pain immediately, but figured I'd wear them out for a day to see if they would break in or something, which was a big mistake. I wore the sandals for about 8 hours yesterday, and every step was painful. I took them off when I got home, and it is now the next morning and my feet still hurt from these things. In the interest of full disclosure, I haven't walked around barefoot in years, so it's possible that the soles of my feet may be a little sensitive, but I don't think that anyone could wear these without suffering the entire time. I think this is my first Amazon review, but these were so painful, and had only one 5 star review, that I felt compelled to share my experience. I should have spent the extra money on Teva sandals.

At first my feet would hurt when trying to walk in these without my socks on and I couldn't use them for more than 5 minutes at the time but the pain went away after a couple of days. Still not the most comfortable sandals but for 15$ with the shipping they're ok when you're in the sauna or using a public shower in the gym. 2.5 out of 5.

One of them started to fall apart today, where top part is glued to the bottom part, so far only a little bit but still I've had them for only a month. Poor quality and not comfortable. 0 out of 5. You better not buy.

These were the most uncomfortable slides I have ever had on. The little nubs on the insole are extremly hard and feel like your standing on small stones. I only had them on my feet for about 3-5 minutes and after taking them off it felt like I was still standing on them 15 mins later... Went back for a refund the same day I got them. The old adage that you get what you pay for is very true. They are inexpensive, but not worth the price. I wouldn't wear them if they were free...

Disappointed how poor this item was made. spikes that suppose to massage my feet was falling apart. I've been a regular amazon consumer and this is the first time I must say that this product failed me.
