Excellent shoes very comfortable, and quite light (although not quite as light as I'd expected).

Shoes did arrive with a few scuff marks on the suede which was disappointing. Can't understand how this would have occurred maybe factory quality control isn't that good. But aside from this, I like them!

I'm an Ecco fan, my closet is full of them. But this shoe, not so much. Ecco stole all of the toe box space out of it. I understand these are sized to wear barefooted (so I hear?) but it's really difficult to try to workout when your toes are butted up against the ends. I've already worked out in them a few times, thinking they need to be broken in, and they just haven't grown on me. I gambled and lost on these Eccos, but I have no plans to give up buying their dress shoes.

For what it's worth, they seem well made, and if it's only the sizing that is off, I won't knock them too hard. Mine also came in a different color than I ordered, and the color I got was listed $$ less than the color I paid for. Just one of those transactions I wish I could have back.

The shoes look fine except for the orange shoe strings and orange stich on the rear of the shoe. The leather color is great with kakhi pants. The right shoe fits perfectly, but the left one is too tight across the ball of the foot. If I try to wear them there is an occasional pain in the large toe. Stramge problem for ecco shoes. I have six other pairs and the fit is perfect for all. I have a wooden shoe shaper in the left shoe of this pair attempting to slowly fit the shoe for a good fit. The future will be what the future will be!

I bought this pair of shoes based on my friend's recommendation. I did not regret that at all. It is light and comfortable and great for long waling. To be realistic, the first time wearing it was uncomfortable as it is made of leather and needed to be soften and get fit on the foot.

If you walk a lot, then you may consider owning one.
