Mizuno makes the best running shoes on the market. I started buying Wave Creations when the number was "6". I am not a small runner but these hold up mile after mile with no lingering knee, ankle, hip or feet issues. I have run two marathon's with Wave Creations with no blisters or even hot spots.

I had tried four pairs of shoes prior to these (even one pair fitted at a running store) and found these to be the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever used for running.

I had frequent issues with shin splints and these shoes have been incredibly comfortable with ample ventilation and support.
