This particular Scarpa shoe was made in China. I have bought other Scarpa shoes that were made in Europe and have been completely satisfied with quality and fit. This Chinese made shoe was at least one size smaller than the stated size so had to be returned. Quality and fit are very poor in the Chinese made shoe compared to the European made shoe.

Returning the shoes from overseas cost more than the refunded postage so I was out of pocket on the deal.

Would it be possible to give the country of manufacture on the website so that inferior products from China could be avoided?
