I was introduced to these insoles back July 2011. I have bought all types, Academy and other stores that claim to specialize in insoles you name it. Small store in Seguin TX call Vogue measured my feet and put me on a special machine to check how I stepped and I was just saying yeah right, you are gonna have the right one. BUT when I stood up and started to walk and looked down at my feet, I could not believe my feet were straight. They no longer would cave-in as flat feet do. I was so impressed but most of all they felt like I was walking on cloud 9!!! I will never buy anything else. You could not pay me enough to stop wearng these. No more ankle, knee, hip and back pain, EVER!! since I bought these, I don't hurt and I don't get tired. My friends cannot keep up with me and will continue to wear them. So if you are having any of these problems these the ONLY insoles you will ever need. Don't waste your money on any thing else, not even to say money. One time purchse and I guarantee you its the 10 Seconds Flat foot Insole you will be coming back to. I love, love love them!!!!

I bought these insoles for use in my cycling shoes and hiking boots (but I have not tried that use yet). I also own a couple of pairs of the low-profile insoles from 10 Seconds.
I have flat feet/over-pronation, which causes a lot of usual ankle/knee/hip rotation when I bike, but these insoles virtually eliminate that. I no longer have knee pain from cycling. I highly recommend these for anyone who over-pronates.

I have extremely flat feet and didn't think I could get to much arch, but these insoles are not comfortable in my opinion. I would not buy another pair.

I got the insoles as I already had a pair and needed another pair for my golf shoes. The price was a lot cheaper than a shoe store, if you can find them. I would recommend them to any one with flat feet.

I am a runner who has suffered with plantar fasciitis for 4 years and have tried at least 30 types of insoles including several pairs of expensive custom orthotics. I stopped running for over a year and nothing changed. I spend long hours on my feet as a nurse, so I really had no chance to rest my feet and let them heal. Last spring I purchased the New Balance IUSA 3810 and placed them in my work shoes. The raised metatarsal arch rise was very hard to get used to, but I persisted and eventually my foot pain completely subsided. About two months ago I decided to start running again, however the New Balance insoles were extremely uncomfortable to run in. I went to a physical therapist for advice and she did a gait analysis. She showed me the video of my feet while running on a treadmill and I was very surprised to see that I pronated almost as severely in the most rigid motion control shoes available (Saucony Stabil) as I did in my neutral racing flats. She said that I had forefoot hypermobility and that my medium-high arches completely flattened upon mid stance and through the push off phase. She suggested that I try the 10 Seconds Flat Foot Sport Insoles. I bought them on Amazon and took them with me for my follow up gait analysis. The video showed that I actually supinated slightly with the motion control shoes and I had perfect form in my racing flats! She told me that as long as I wore the Flat Foot Insoles, I could wear any neutral running shoe I wanted to! It took a couple of runs to get used to them...it felt like I had something bunched under the ball of my foot, but I no longer have foot pain during or after my runs. I feel like I have my life back again! I still wear the New Balance insoles in my work shoes since the Flat Foot insoles are less comfortable for walking around at work. I highly recommend the Flat Foot insoles for runners with arch hypermobility.
