I don't run roads because of issues with shin splints but these trail shoes which are awesome on the trail have proven to be good enough for me to run about 4 miles on asphalt without pain. That's much further than I've run in shoes from Adidas and Mizuno.

I have a normal to wide foot and the shoe is very accommodating of that. These are really comfortable, supportive and an all-around quality shoe.

I run 15-20 miles a week on trails in these shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes!! The most comfortable I've purchased so far. They feel great when I'm running and also when I'm doing Turbo Fire ( it involves a lot of jumping). Would love to order 10 more! :) Ty!!!
