I weight train and run every day. I just bought these shoes and can attest that they are incredible. They are super lightweight so I'm not bogged down on the treadmill and not too cushioned so I can easily maintain my balance while training. The nodes on the bottom seem like they would collect rocks if you were to run outside, but if you are more of a treadmill/hip-hop/spinner....these are perfect. I'm also extremely flat-footed, so I was worried how my feet would feel after a good run... after 5 miles I still felt like I was running on air an woke with no pain the next morning. I'm definitely buying these in more colors!

I bought these sneakers in the bright blue. I typically wear size 8.5 and that's the size I bought. When I first put them on, I felt like weights had been lifted from me, like my feet had wings! Seriously, I'm not kidding.

I am about 5'7 and 140 lbs, small framed but always have a difficult time finding athletic shoes that fit. I generally wear NB because of the wide toe bed, but they were causing me to have cramping in my right foot. Two years ago, I had surgery on my right foot for something called PTTD basically a torn tibial tendon the one that holds up your arch. Since then my right foot has been weak and tires more quickly, even moreso wearing heavy shoes.

So I decided to give these a try since I like Reebok, the color was pretty and others said they really like them. I'm using them to do Zumba on the Wii and play other dance games, walk on the treadmill at home and stuff like that. No heavy running or marathon training or anything like that not my thing!

Today, I did Zumba for 1.5 hours and while my body was exhausted, my feet DID.NOT.HURT. They were tired, oh yes they were. But they didn't hurt. No pinching in the "usual" spots, no rubbing, nothing. The material is made of something that is breathable so my feet didn't get all hot & uncomfortable like they usually do when exercising to being active.

Plus they look super cute. ;o)

The weight of them is similar to crocs if you've ever seen them/picked them up VERY light-weight. But that doesn't mean cheap feeling or like they aren't real shoes.

What do you really want to know after all of my babbling?

-The are SUPER comfortable, even if, especially if, you've had some sort of foot injury

-They are true to size. I wear 8.5, I bought 8.5, 8.5 fits like they were made for me.

-No sweaty feet hence no smelly shoes

-Cute design

-Comfortable a lot of support in the heel bed, great for those who have heel spurs.

-Well made no cheap material

I would like to own these in every color. Except black, not a fan of black sneakers, so that's just more for someone else who IS a fan of black sneakers.

Highly recommend and would definitely purchase these shoes again.

I hate buying running/workout shoes because I never seem to find the right pair (even after trying them and

Ioving them in the store). The first time I tried these shoes on they felt so light and comfortable. I was skeptical (this is my first pair of reeboks) but went ahead and purchased a pair.. I run 4 times a week and workout at the gym 5-6 times a week and these shoes provide the comfort and support I need. The only thing I found I couldn't do well with the shoes was side planks lol. Overall I love these shoes!

These shoes are amazing to wear! I work in the medical field and I am on my feet a lot, these shoes are light, and the most comfortable sneakers I own...when they wear out, I will get another pair.

Just LOVE these shoes! They are extremely lightweight, comfortable, and wear beautifully. I have bought quite a few pairs of these shoes because Reebok is famous for suddenly not having the style I want after I find it. I can only wear these shoes due to my physical situation, and I can tell you that after wearing them every day, they hold up as if they've never been worn. They look brand new after having two main black pairs worn every other day since a year and a half ago. I bought them in several different colors, but wear mainly the black ones. I bought quite a few extra black ones to save for the future use as well. I also found that I can wear both size 7 and 7-1/2, using the larger ones for thicker socks in the winter.

And that's another thing. Even though I don't have a wide foot, all the other athletic shoes didn't seem to have enough room in the main part of the foot where the ball of the foot is. And others had a tongue that was way too thick (what's up with those shoes?). The tongue on this shoe is not "fat", and the whole shoe is amazingly comfortable. The bottom sole has been designed to give great traction as well. Even though the shoe is named the Your Flex Run, I don't run in them, as I cannot run. But walking in them is the most comfortable my feet have been since before 1980, when I started dealing with rheumatoid arthritis. Anyone with a foot problem should check these shoes out.
