I bought these for someone. They said they were comfortable and gave good traction. I thought they were a bit shiny but I'm not wearing so that doesn't matter.

My son and I have both used this shoe for some track events. My son loved the shoe and wore it for this track season. I also used it for some training and a track event. Fits snug, sole is firm. the shell is leather so maybe not as light as some shoes but it provides very good support.

I am a mediocre sprinter. I am 6'0'' 235lbs and have run anywhere from 11.7-12.5 in the 100m. I started with running sneakers then moved to spikes. Spikes made an incredible difference. These particular spikes only got a little bit of use because of a pulled hamstring but they seem durable and fit right.
