I like it. It took about a week for them to become comfortable. The magnets were uncomfortable. But now they are fine. I like the gentle sensation of the raised imprinting. I don't know if the magnets help, but they aren't a problem after the first week.

I have problems with plantar fasciitis and have custom orthotics....that cost a bundle. These insoles fit easily into my sneakers, sandals, crocs etc and feel great. My plantar fasciitis is gone as long as I am using these. No small feat!

This is a good insole for making me feel better. The bumped up magnets require getting used to before walking too far with the insoles in.

I wear these in every shoe I wear. They really help my arthritis in my left foot but I wear it in both as I figured it cannot hurt.
