I bought these to replace a pair of Wave Elixir 6's that were a year old. I liked the other ones, but I like these even better. The fit is just right for me. I have had them for a week and I just ran a half marathon in them with no problems. My old ones were the bright blue/green which were pretty ugly, these look much better!

Note that just because these shoes fit me well does not mean they fit everyone well. Before buying any running shoes, you should go to a running store that can check out your gait and pick the right type of shoe for you. Then try on a bunch of different ones until you find the one that meets your needs. Every foot is different, there is no single shoe for everyone!

I finished my first half marathon wearing these shoes and experienced no pain in my feet or knees. The laces do not untie easily, very light weight, and comfortable. I would definitely buy these again and recommend them to friends and family.

I had a pair of Elixer 6's and absolutely loved them. I just bought the Elixer 7's and immediately loved them. they are just as comfortable as the 6's. the fit is even better in the heal, not quite as high. My first run in them was an 8 miler with no sore spots or a need to "get used to them". they just fit great. Thanks Mizuno.

First of all I am not and expert runners I'm a newbie. .I am 226lbs averaging about a lil over 11min a mile..my first time out with these badboys I ran a mile in 9:28 I usally average just 2 miles with pain in my feet after half a mile I can honestly say these shoes are very comfortable and I did not experience and discomfort. .so far so good with these shoes..I came from brooks ravennas to these and I am not going back great job mizuno!
