I purchased these as I've recently started going back to the gym. I'm a pretty big guy, so cushioning while running is a big deal for me. These shoes are both very light weight wise and provide great cushion on impact. I probably would not pay full price, but at $45, these are a great deal. Traction is sufficient for jogging and light exercise.

I had to purchase a bunion guard for my right toe. The bend/crease at the toes would cut into my skin, making it sore and painful. The bunion guard resolved that issue.
