My son really likes the look of this shoe, however, after 2 weeks, the toes are really scuffed, the design on the sides of the soles is rubbing off & the black part of the tread is separating from the rest of the bottom. And yes, my son is extremely rough on his shoes, but what 8 year old boy isn't? Also, we had to replace the laces due to them being too short for him to be able to double-knot. I love New Balance but am very disappointed with these. They definitely won't be around for very long.

The tread detached within 2-3 weeks of use by my son. Great look but horrible construction of the tread very disapointing.

These shoes are flexible and lightweight. They also look really cool. My son loves wearing them. They do run larger than his DCs and Sketchers though by about 3/4in. I was surprised at how big they were when we got them. But He's a growing kid and he didn't want to wait for a smaller pair in the mail so we held on to them.

My son loves these shoes they fit great and look so adorable on him .But please note size runs a little big compared to a Nike product that he was used to wearing .
