This is like the worst shoe I have bought, EVER. While I do agree that it is super comfortable, it is due to the fact that it has very soft rubber. It literally wore out in 2 weeks. On top of that, the glue that binds the parts is really bad. So, don't get surprised if you find parts of the sole in your room/work. I was not expecting such a poor build quality from the amount I paid for it. DON'T BUY THIS. I am going to avoid AVIA and stick to regular brands like adidas,nike etc for shoes.

Very lightweight and comfortable. They breathe well, very good traction over rocky terrain and stable enough for lifting. A versatile shoe I think is suitable for cross training.

This shoe had awesome tread on the bottom, and I used them for a little running and hiking, but I didn't like the feel on the inside. Not comfortable at all, and if they get wet they take two or three days to dry out.

The shoe fits well and provides great support. I am a bigger guy (6'2" 300lbs) and this shoe is lightweight but provieds the cushioning I need. I use it for everyday use and walking. I liked them so much I bought two more pair at this great price.
