My 9 year old still won't wear shoes with laces, guess they slow her down! Did several searches and got these. She loved them right out of the box, they are very light and airy. Usually there is a breaking in process, but didn't have that issue with these shoes. Very colorful and will go with 98% of a young girl's wardrobe. My aunt loved them too, she wants them in adult sizes!

My 10-yr.-old daughter wears a 3 1/2 wide and prefers velcro closures. I have found only one other athletic shoe that fits that description, and it didn't fit my daughter's feet. This one does, and she loves how they look.

Very happy with this purchase. My 6 yr old daughter needed running shoes for gym at school. These are easy for her to put on by herself and she loves that they are pink, her favorite color. Quality is excellent, and i expect they will last for my younger daughter as well.
