The most comfortable mid height boot i have. I had mostly worn only leather. till This boot . I find it's speed lacing Great , the zippers ,i silicone especially if i am going into wet ground, or Mud. these worked very Good for me . I also bought my son a pair he also finds them warm esp. when 4 wheeling .

Very good boots I used them for riding snowmobiles, very warm and comfortable light for walking in snow, I would recommend wearing some waterproof socks like seal skinz socks for walking in deep snow, I got off into some deep powder and had some get down in my shoe but it has loop so you can hook your gators into the shoe great feature. good for the price best feature I like are the pull and lock laces easy and fast.

These are great hiking boots with good ankle support. Dealing with Winter and/or Wet Weather is no problem for these boots and they breath.
